We want you to represent the Windy City with pride; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your official gear within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal. A flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original hangtags and holographic security stickers remain intact.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
